In recent years, healthcare providers have been tasked to integrate DEI training for their hospitals, clinics and agencies to advocate for evidenced based care with an equity lens in order to mitigate vast disparities in black maternal mortality and infant mortality. Our hope is that this learning workbook will help prepare you for this role by facilitating your own personal development as an equity healthcare provider. This workbook is designed to equip you with the educational tools and skills to disrupt systemic racism by transforming healthcare institutions with a new understanding of equitable care.
